Q: What are my payment method options?

A: Priano.com customers may make a purchase by credit card.
Priano.com accepts these four major credit cards:

1. American Express
2. Discover
3. MasterCard
4. Visa

Simply fill your shopping cart with your items of choice, click checkout, and provide your credit card information as requested. The credit card that you specify will be charged when the order is shipped. For added security, your billing address at Priano.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses do not match.

If you would like to pay by phone, please call the Priano.com Customer Service line, toll free at 1-866-877-0908. A Customer Service representative will assist you to complete your purchase.

No checks, cash, debit cards or CODs can be accepted at this time.

A: Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders for customers in the State of Connecticut.

Q: What is the cost and extent of shipping and handling?

A: Priano.com offers exclusive FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING on all orders.
Priano.com offers two shipping options:

• "Free" Standard Ground Service
  UPS Standard Ground Service is free to Priano.com customers.

Priano.com ships orders within 24 hours of receipt, but timing can vary by product. As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. When estimating package delivery time, please allow for credit approval, address verification and order processing. Shipping is not currently available for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Q: Are there any complimentary returns, exchanges or refunds?

A: If you need to return or exchange an item, please send the item/s along with a copy of the cost associated with returning the product to:

All defective, damaged, unworn or unwashed items, in their original packaging may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase.

Q: How may I make a change to my order?

A: Order changes may be made if the order has not yet been released for shipment. Calling our toll-free Customer Service line at 1-866-877-0908 may accommodate adjustments to orders currently in process.

Q: How do I use my shopping bag?

A: You will be able to browse and select items using your shopping bag. Placing an item in your shopping bag does not necessitate a final purchase. Items will be retained in your shopping bag while you shop the site.

Q: How do I enable cookies on my browser?

A: To enable cookies on your browser:

1. Select Preferences
2. Click on WWW
3. Select the Security tab
4. Click on Custom Level
5. Scroll down to Cookies
6. Select Enable

2. Select Advanced from the left-hand menu
3. Select Accept All Cookies
4. Click OK

2. Click the Security tab
3. Click Custom Level at the bottom of the window
4. Scroll down to Cookies
5. Select Enable under Allow cookies that are stored on your computer
6. Select Enable under Allow per-session cookies (not stored)
7. Click OK
8. Click OK

2. Select Receiving Files
3. Select the option Never ask under When receiving cookies
4. Click OK
